Wellness Retreat

In 2020 Capel Courtyard hosted a Wellbeing Retreat for 8 people including Yoga with Petra Coveney, and Nutrition and Healthy food by Nutritionist and Food Writer Emma Ellice-Flint.  One guest commented, ‘absolutely amazing! The retreat completely exceeded my expectations and the attention to detail was phenomenal’ (Andrea T.)
